I’m enjoying every minute of my workouts. Craig really understands my workout requirements. I’ve seen visible results throughout my sessions, even during the times I was unable to attend regularly. I’m loving my experience and my energy levels are at an all time high.

Craig is the most understanding but also firm and driven coach. I’m loving the workouts and the results speak for themselves! EMS coupled with a good diet has been an amazing solution for not only my weightloss but my general health and energy!

We joined bodytec beginning of the year and have seen quite amazing results so far. Besides getting fit I wanted to lose my belly fat and tone up. So far I see quite a huge difference on my waistline and a toned body. I have been getting a lot of comments about the transformation on my legs and glutes too so it’s working out perfectly. I’ve also seen quite a big change on my partner and Happy with the progress The staff, particularly Craig has been an amazing trainer and answers all questions we have. The communication lines are effective and convenient. We haven’t missed any sessions since we started mainly because they stay pushing and motivating us to come in weekly through the reminders sent. Considering how busy the week can get, the reminders are really helpful. Bodytec Rivonia has provided a spectacular experience for us so far, I’m happy with the service.

Great studio and awesome workout! I look forward to my weekly sessions, it's become one of the highlights of my week. A comfortable environment, with at most one other client in the studio at a time. Also so much more than just a workout - full body massage and workout in one. Definitely recommend.
