My husband and I have been coming to this Branch of BodyTech for a few years now! Love the staff and Kyle, who put us through our paces, we feel the benefit, and spending just 20 minutes on a session - that Makes such a difference! - even getting into our suit is a workout on its own! Everyone notices how much stronger and more toned ( even sporting a few visible muscles!) we have become, not bad for a couple of octogenarians! Also they are very accommodating, if for any reason we have to postpone or reschedule our normal time slot

Absolutely love this exercise spot! The staff here are incredibly friendly and helpful, always going the extra mile to accommodate my needs. Not only do they provide a welcoming atmosphere, but they also make exercising fun! I always leave feeling energized and motivated. Couldn’t recommend this place enough!

Great experience. Felt the workout before and after my sessions. Initially just bought the one session to see, but then signed up for a package. Kyle is great at encouragement and made me feel very comfortable, especially since its been a while since I've exercised. He was also very informative. The studio has taken great measures to keep everyone safe during lockdown period. Here's to having a great butt and flat tummy!
