BODYTEC Atholl (BluBird)

Did a BodyTec session today purely as recovery while deep in hectic Cape Epic training, and it was exactly what my body needed. The session was perfect prepared, low impact, controlled, and focused on muscle activation and recovery rather than fatigue. THANK YOU COACH!

My husband and I are doing BodyTech sessions to get fitter and stronger. My husband is going in for major leg surgery in August and BodyTech offers a way for him to get strong and fitter without the impact on his leg. I'm doing the sessions to get stronger and fitter so I'm able to help and support him post op. Anthony is wonderful with both of us and has gently "pushed" my hubby who is now able to do 10 minutes standing. Hubby's stamina and strength have greatly improved. It is the perfect "get fitter and stronger" solution for someone who is not able to go to the gym to use a treadmill or bicycle.

I can already feel and see the difference after 4 sessions. Anthony is very knowledgeable helpful and tailor makes your workout to get the best out of it and to prevent injury. Highly recommend Bodytec and Anthony.

It has been an absolute pleasure to train at Bodytech Atholl. The Trainers are absolutely amazing and so professional. They make you feel comfortable even when you feel a bit out of your comfort zone. They are friendly and they make the training space feel safe and fun, and always have a joke on hand. They keep the exercises interesting and always up the difficulty just enough to feel that you are getting somewhere. They never hesitate to assist with an exercise that you might find difficult even if it means they need to show you over and over. They also take into consideration what you feel you need to work on and then focus on the area you need help with. And they check in on you the next time you come in to understand how the previous session made you feel after you had trained. The shop is always clean and you feel very comfortable to leave your belongings in the lockers that they provide. They are very helpful and willing to answer any questions or concerns you might have with a professional and speedy response, They are always willing to help with a time slot that would fit your personal schedule best. I'm looking forward to continuing my journey with them.

Fantastic studio setup: light, warm and clean. Love the addition of plants and trees, they add to the welcoming nature of the studio. Bodytec has helped not only tone and strengthen my body but allowed me to rehab injuries in a holistic way which aids to any type of training. Can’t wait to keep going on this journey.
