BODYTEC Newlands

I’ve never been someone who enjoys exercise, but Bodytec Newlands has completely changed my perspective. The sessions are quick, effective, and surprisingly enjoyable. Troy, the owner, brings a huge amount of charm and positive energy to every session. His enthusiasm really sets the tone and makes the environment feel welcoming and motivating. Even though I usually dread exercise, I genuinely look forward to my sessions now. The atmosphere is upbeat, supportive, and full of good energy. If you’re someone who struggles to stay motivated with fitness, this is a great place to start.

I've been training at BodyTec Newlands for 6 months now. The Newlands team (Troy, Jade & Pelo) are fantastic, they are friendly, welcoming, encouraging and they push you to do your best. The work outs are effective, intense and quick. That 20 mins can be felt for days afterwards and the results can be seen and felt throughout your body. Highly recommended!

With a very busy schedule, it’s really amazing to know that I have facility close to home where I can get in shape and stay in shape! Troy and his team don’t just show you what to do, they motivate you to do more and to push harder. I’ve waited for 1 month to pass before writing a review and for each session I attended so far, I couldn’t wait to return the following week because the team makes you feel welcome. For as long as I live in the Southern Suburbs, you’ve gained a long term client 👌🏽

I have had 4 sessions at Bodytec in Newlands and I’m very impressed with how my body has become much stronger especially my back and left shoulder where I have sensitivity. I enjoy that the exercises are always different so not boring and the instructors are always upbeat and encouraging even though it’s only 20 mins! Amazing 🤩 Thanks

I absolutely love Newlands Bodytec! My sessions are a highlight of my week. The trainers (special shout out to Jade, Pelo and Kyle in particular) greet me with happiness and joy, they invest in me as an individual and always make me feel so welcome. The sessions are tough and well catered to my needs. Always take into account any injuries or weaknesses. I feel progress every time I visit and I always always leave with a sweaty smile. Bodytec is a game changer. Training just once a week for 20 minutes strengthens all the muscles in your body. I am stronger and feel better than when I was much. Highly recommended! The team is fun and supportive.

Troy & his team are magic people; superb trainers, paying lot's of attention to detail. As a 73 year-old, they all help me to stay motivated and well toned. It's been a wonderful 9-year, 420plus session, on-going experience. The pic shows Thea with me at a business Xmas luncheon, 2022. She introduced me to the Newlands crew and is still a member as well.
