“I joined BODYTEC in November 2013 shortly after the studio opened in Rosebank. I was attracted to the idea, because of the ability to train only once a week for 20 minutes. The one thing I don’t have much of, is time due to my travelling and meeting schedule. The convenience of the workout was something I felt could benefit me.
Initially I was sceptical, but after working with the trainers one on one steadily on going for three years now, I noted a marked improvement in my various muscle groups. This prompted me to work on losing some stubborn weight and I have since dropped 24kgs, while maintaining and improving muscle tone. The great benefit for me is that 20 minutes a week can always be found in my schedule and during those busy weeks, they are open on Saturdays which allows me to catch-up on a session if I miss one while travelling during the week.
I never usually do testimonials, but as the BODYTEC team has definitely helped me to achieve my personal fitness goals, I feel I can say a big “thank you” to them!”
