Stefania Oliviero BODYTEC Atholl Testimonial

Stefania Oliviero | Horse rider

“I joined BODYTEC Atholl in October 2019 after searching the Internet for a BODYTEC near my Office. A friend of mine had in fact mentioned how good she has been feeling after joining BODYTEC the previous year.

I work full time and ride/compete horses in my extra time, which means that I really do not have much time left during the week. That is why I was looking for something that would help with strengthening my core muscles in a short but intense timeframe. I truly feel stronger overall and much better in myself after joining BODYTEC Atholl. I also feel that my balance has improved since some of the exercises we do concern balance. Twenty minutes sessions with the BODYTEC EMS machines really mean that the majority of the muscles get to work and the way the exercises are affected (gradually building up the strength) means that there is no risk of injuries.

Every single session at BODYTEC Atholl is a fun session thanks to the trainers who are very friendly and always eager to challenge me in a pleasant way. BODYTEC Atholl is also accommodating when it comes to making up for missed sessions. Generally 1 session a week should be enough but once the muscles get strong enough adding one extra session a week from time to time really does not pose any problem.

I would recommend BODYTEC Atholl without a single doubt to whoever needs to exercise and hasn’t got much time to do so.”

How BODYTEC EMS does more for you in 20 minutes

Stronger and more intense muscle contractions

BODYTEC uses Electro Muscle Stimulation (EMS) to achieve stronger, more intense muscle contractions than a voluntary exertion can achieve alone.

Focuses on specific muscle groups

Your personal trainer can control each muscle group by adjusting the training intensity of the various muscle groups on the EMS device according to your individual goals.

It activates up to 90% of the muscles

During EMS training, 90% of muscles are activated simultaneously with each contraction.
