“I started BODYTEC in 2018, and it’s the best thing I have ever done! I had quite bad scoliosis and used to get bad, chronic spasms in my back. Since I started EMS training, I have not had this. After my major surgery, I could hardly raise my right arm. Now I have full mobility, and my strength and balance in my whole body are aligned.

BODYTEC offers a complete workout. I feel much stronger than most of my age group of women, and EMS training has helped with my posture and core.

I have an exceptionally time-consuming and stressful job. 20 minutes once a week is perfect for me, as it fits my hectic schedule. I have never missed a session unless I have been sick or not in Pretoria. I can manage my life and have a good workout. I enjoy the individual attention, as my training sessions and intensity levels are based on my goals and my energy. Although the personal trainers challenge you, it is never intimidating. I have had different training partners; irrespective of body type, gender, or any factor, we are given the same level of personal attention.

Overall, it is fun, and all the personal trainers at the studio make me feel at home. I often get grumpy if I don’t get my BODYTEC fix. Flexibility is important when life happens, and the trainers always try their best to accommodate me with a new time slot.
