‘I am in my mid-sixties and in my first year of retirement. During my working life I had a very sedentary lifestyle and sat for hours in front of a computer and started developing a shoulder-upper back stoop. When I retired I realised that my body was weak, had very bad neck pain, lower back pain and found mobility a bit difficult. I am also due for a knee replacement as I have no cartilage in my left knee so it is bone on bone. The orthopaedic surgeon advised that I need to strengthen my leg muscles to cope with a knee replacement. Since doing BODYTEC I could fit into clothes one size smaller, even though I am not on any weight loss eating plan, my knee pain is significantly less, my posture has improved, I also have more strength and flexibility. I will continue as I am convinced that this will give me the necessary strength and mobility vital for independence in my old age.’
