“I can’t actually remember when I started working out with BODYTEC, it has been years! Benefits have been gradual but totally beneficial on all counts. 20 minutes a week is the key and I always feel like if I do nothing else with sports in the week “at least I have done BODYTEC”. That counts for lots of sessions in the gym in my eyes. Besides the nitty-gritty stuff, I love the trainers, staff, and music! Always a good vibe and fun.”
