“I’ve been doing BODYTEC for just over a year and do it to compliment my other training sessions. During a good week, I would train twice with a personal trainer, do BODYTEC once a week and on saturdays either go for a leisurely long cycle or spend an hour or so on the training bike.
Through BODYTEC I’ve improved my general strength, endurance, toning and I find that it compliments my other forms of training which in general are more focused on cardio fitness.
So why do I do BODYTEC? because I promise you it is tough. It’s because of the support from the BODYTEC Lynnwood Team. I enjoy the joint suffering with my regular training partner and I enjoy the experience, jokes, chirps and yes the tough workouts!”
