‘I joined BODYTEC to compliment my training regime. As an avid off-road rally rider, and having completed the Dakar Rally on a motorcycle in 2012, I have been training three times a week under the guidance of a personal trainer (biokineticist) since mid-2011.
The focus of my training has always been on core and stabilising muscles as these need to be strong to allow you to stand and ride for up to 10 hours per day off-road. What used to be covered in a couple of gym sessions per week I now achieve through a weekly 20-minute BODYTEC session with better results!
In fact, I no longer use a personal trainer for muscle conditioning and rehabilitation – BODYTEC does it all. My other gym sessions now focus on aerobic fitness and are far less critical to me that my SHOCKING 20 minutes at BODYTEC Umhlanga Ridge!’
