Craig and Pauline Sheehan | Quality consultant and Private tutor

“BODYTEC EMS training is a game changer! We’ve been training at BODYTEC Durbanville for a few years now, and the introduction of the new SYMBIONT Tec Suits, the range of exercises, and the ability to monitor progress and check heart rate in real-time keeps us so motivated.

In terms of functional fitness, you can’t beat it, and personally, having had spinal fusions, it has allowed me (Craig) such a wide range of movement that I never thought possible. Mark, Lindy, and Pauline are very patient, and we always have so much fun, and we get exactly what we need thanks to our amazing trainers, but make no mistake, they work us hard! We feel energised and driven after every session. You can feel it working, and every week is a thorough and intense workout with a huge stress reliever thrown in. Who knew that 20 minutes could have such an impact? (That’s all it takes, so no excuses for being too busy).

We can honestly say that signing up at BODYTEC Durbanville was indisputably one of the best decisions we have ever made. BODYTEC should be on everyone’s weekly to-do list. It is so worth it!”

How BODYTEC EMS does more for you in 20 minutes

Stronger and more intense muscle contractions

BODYTEC uses Electro Muscle Stimulation (EMS) to achieve stronger, more intense muscle contractions than a voluntary exertion can achieve alone.

Focuses on specific muscle groups

Your personal trainer can control each muscle group by adjusting the training intensity of the various muscle groups on the EMS device according to your individual goals.

It activates up to 90% of the muscles

During EMS training, 90% of muscles are activated simultaneously with each contraction.
