‘Of course I was apprehensive at first – anything that sounds too good to be true, is, well, too good to be true. Only twenty minutes a week? But, for a man who finds it increasingly difficult to run 10kms every second day (o come on, I am 56!), go to gym up to four times a week and work on those sagging abs, I was going to give it a try…..
After the first session, I was hooked, notwithstanding the fact that I could hardly get out of bed the following day because of my aching muscles. And trust me, the EMS technique works on every muscle. And 20 minutes can be a long , long time when you have a serious workout like the one I do at BODYTEC.
Modern facilities and friendly and excellent trainers contribute to what has become one of the highlights of my week – and I don’t have a sad life…..And results? My muscle definition has improved, and so have my fitness levels. And I am not looking for an excuse not to go for the 10km run any longer!’
