‘Of course I was apprehensive at first – anything that sounds too good to be true, is, well, too good to be true. Only twenty minutes a week? But, for a man who finds it increasingly difficult to run 10kms every second day (o come on, I am 56!), go to gym up to four times a week and work on those sagging abs, I was going to give it a try…..

After the first session, I was hooked, notwithstanding the fact that I could hardly get out of bed the following day because of my aching muscles.
