‘I started BODYTEC in July 2017 as I did not have enough time to visit the gym so BODYTEC seemed like a better option as it’s only 20min once a week. My main aim was to strengthen my core and muscles in general. I have a very bad back and suffer terribly from lower back pain. My back pain is much better especially during and after long runs. After Comrades this year which was a down run and normally leaves me very sore and stiff for days afterwards. This year, I was walking on the beach no stiffness or pain and was able to get back to training within a few days and ran the Knysna Marathon 3 weeks after Comrades with no problems.
