Best Bodytec studio ever! Very impress with the professional levels degrees and knowledge of the instructors. They read your body like a book, and knows how to work around injuries. I feel safe in their hands. Also very good marketers! They made sure to notify me of the Black Friday Special and helped to get started.

This team is amazing! I started weekly Body Tech training 4 months ago and have a fused ankle. My ankle had very limited movement and I was unable to partake in many activities and if I did I had to take pain medicine afterwards. By adding body tech to my weekly routine I have not only increased the movement of my ankle, I have been able to hike up mountains without any pain (something that I have been living with for 14 years) and I have even been up Lions head.The team in Stellenbosch have exceeded all of my expectations in professionalism, support and efficiency. Thank you.
