Hi there. Since I started with Bodytec I have worked with Dee in Gardens and I find it extremely well worth it as my arthritis and fibromyalgia pain has been something of the past. My mobility has improved by 95% and on a good day I can even run. No tasks are too great as the workout ensure that i stay strong until my next session. Thank you

Bodytec has helped me with my general health, my fitness and for once in my life, I have some muscle definition and look generally more muscular. I cycle and Bodytec has helped with core strength and my back and neck pain have improved.

Arrived by pre-arranged appointment. My stuff was not prepared. Trainer was good. No towel for shower and no soap in shower. Won’t be back. Tygervalley branch is TOPS!!
