I have been at Bodytec Century City for 6 years now and still look forward to my session every week. I had a back injury and Bodytec keeps my core strong and my back pain free. Kyle has a lot of knowledge and expertise and helped me to get strong again.. He always challenges me to do better. The new SYMBIONT Tec Suit makes it so much easier to do a wider range of movements. I would definitely recommend them.

Great experience. Felt the workout before and after my sessions. Initially just bought the one session to see, but then signed up for a package. Kyle is great at encouragement and made me feel very comfortable, especially since its been a while since I’ve exercised. He was also very informative. The studio has taken great measures to keep everyone safe during lockdown period. Here’s to having a great butt and flat tummy!
