The staff at Bodytec Queenswood is just absolutely professional and highly skilled in their field of training.Michael and Signet makes you feel comfortable the moment you walk through the door up until the end of your 20 minute EMS Training session.The EMS Training might seem harmless, but it packs in a bigger punch than the traditional weightlifting regimen. All packed in a 20 minute, trainer-assisted workout.Afterwards you feel energised and renew with the added benefit of gaining and toning muscles.

Perfect for someone with a busy lifestyle and can’t get to the gym 3-5 times a week and workout for 1 hour.20 minutes once a week is all you need, and you will have the workout of your life! Michael is an amazing trainer, knowledgeable and so patient. 100% recommended Bodytec Queenswood

I benefit from Bodytec in the sense that my body gets an excellent all-over work-out in only 20 minutes per week. The 20 minute session also assists with stress management as for 20 minutes I have to concentrate on the here-and-now and muscle spasms are sorted out. Over the long term my body gets more toned. My muscles and core are strong and my balance is enhanced. The professionalism combined with friendliness of the trainers contributes to the experience.

I never thought in my wildest dreams that I’ll ever be physically fit again after my two beautiful kids and my demanding career… Until I met my trainer @bodytech who is nothing short of amazing!!!Service is exceptional, the results are prominent in a very short period of time and the training sessions fit perfectly on my busy schedule!!! The feeling after every session is not otherwise specified…👌🏾
