I love these guys. They are very friendly, you might feel a bit weird when in the clothes and suits BUT they always make it so comfortable that you totally forget to feel weird.They are also very accommodating when it comes to your personal tastes, like for me, I like rock so we workout with that type of music. If I feel a bit lazy they work me harder, and boy do you feel better after, or even when you need a break, they look after you and make sure you get water in.I have tried EVERYTHING (almost) but this is by far the best I’ve ever had when it comes to exercise.
