Bodytec Lynnwood is a super place to work out. It may be 20-minute workouts, but you’ll leave dripping in sweat and amped for the week. It’s improved my horse riding, fitness, and strength incredibly. The instructors are professional, fun, and tailor the workout to your skillset and strengths. They also always give you a slight push to grow. I’ve been doing it with my mom for several months and loving it. It’s two people at a time. So intimate, personal training vibes. The service is also professional, with workout reminders and clear communication.

I joined Bodytec Lynnwood in November 2019, one of the best decisions I’ve ever made for my health and wellbeing. I haven’t looked back since. I’ve only had a wonderful experience with all the trainers. They are all professional, courteous, and friendly. They all know what they are doing. Keep up the excellent work!!

Super impressed with the results just after 5 sessions! I feel stronger and with all my other training I already feel stronger and starting to tone well (I do Ballet and Latin dancing). The trainers are highly motivated and a treat with every session.
