I have been part of Lonehill Bodytec for the last 3 years.Every session with Enver and Tristan is fun and a good work out. Its like being part of a family. They tailor your sessions to your individual needs.Not only can you feel the change in your body but you can also see it. 20 minutes once a week works perfectly for my lifestyle and its easy to do and plan around!I can not recommend this team highly enough.

I have been a client since 2022 and I enjoy the EMS training for my weight loss journey and overal fitness.The trainers is super friendly, they are knowledgeable and make you fee as comfortable as possible.They even streamed Rugby the past Saturday when Boks was playing All Blacks! Good vibes while getting a work out in!!

Absolutely love my sessions at Bodytec Lonehill. The team of Personal Trainers are super friendly and great at their skill. I always have a fantastic time there and look forward to my sessions, which yield great results even at my youthful age of 50! :)

I Started bodytec with skepticism. But have been happily proved wrong. It has helped in toning and I can see muscle where befor there was nothing. I get compliments all the time on how my body is changing. The best part is being able to fit it into a hectic schedule aswell. But it goes without saying that the staff help to make it a great environment as well, everyone knows your name and it’s inviting and fun.

I’ve been suiting up for over a year now for my weekly bodytech 20min session! When there is a goal you get up and go! My goal is grow muscle in a friendly environment! I fit it in to my busy day during the week and the team easily accommodates any changes. I’m pleased with my progress even though each session feels like it’s the first time I’m doing it! Each session feels like I’ve been exercising for over an hour! Each session you walk out sweating! Each session you’ve built a little bit more!
