Today was my 6th session and I couldn’t be more happy that I made this decision! Themba and Thina have been so supportive, attentive, and fun to work with. Prior to joining Bodytec, I dreaded squats and lunges because I could not do a lot of them without feeling pressure on my knees but now I can confidently say that I enjoy them because my knees feel stronger :) I can’t wait to hit my 3 months mark and see more outcomes! Happy client!!Progress after 9 sessions – My abs are slowly becoming more defined and my thighs are now firmer! 👌

A 5 Star educational experience.Who knew that training smart can be so much fun.A 20min full body workout with Themba today has me feeling ON FIRE and ready to move.From the friendly smile as I walked in through the doors, fitting my suit and explaining how EMS training works – ALL just a pleasure.I can recommend a session to newbies as well as seasoned athletes and models like myself.I will most defo make this a part of my weekly fitness routine.

I always thought Bodytec was an easy way out to exercise and didn’t believe that it would be beneficial. Until a patient of mine who is in excellent shape and trains hard told me that she uses it to supplement her training. I have been blown away by the results. Themba and Thina are amazing and push you to do your best.

What a lovely studio. Love the upgrade suit. No more water or wires. Quick and simple. Themba is a great trainer. 10/10 would recommend. Loved his energy. He pushed me but also allowed me to say when I needed to back off. He was very friendly and motivating and I’d definitely be back to train with him.

As a busy working mom of two young boys finding time for exercise often feels like an impossible task. But after attending my first Bodytec session in Greenside im convinced efficient and effective workouts can fit into the busiest schedule. I have been using bodytec to supplement my existing training regiment in an effort to accelerate my postpartum recovery the second time around. The difference this time has been remarkable! The gym is fabulous, the facilities are good and the music is great. The trainers are fantastic.

I tried Bodytec to squeeze in some conditioning as part of a busy schedule with work and kids and loved the results. While I was a member, I had a bicycle accident and dislocated my shoulder and displaced my clavicle, the trainers were very attentive to my adjusted needs and tailored my workouts in a gentle and constructive way. I found that the EMS training really sped up my recovery and helped wake muscles which went dormant while in a sling. Highly recommend Bodytec for good muscle toning as well as for injury recovery. The trainers are highly skilled and make the sessions really enjoyable.
