Bodytec is BY FAR, the best investment in fitness I’ve ever made! Besides for the fact that it’s only 20 minutes a week, the best part is you actually FEEL your muscles working. EMS training stimulates 90% of your major muscle groups simultaneously – and believe me, you definitely feel it! If you’re short of time, motivation (or are even just worried about Covid compliance in a bigger gym)… give Bodytec Dainfern a shot. Savannah is an awesome trainer and allows you to push yourself as hard (or as gently) as you would like. Having been with Bodytec for a couple of years now, I cannot recommend it highly enough!!

I am someone who has struggled with acute back and neck tension due to stress. As a result I have had to take muscle relaxants as well as have many visits to the physio and osteopath. Since joining body tech because of the nature of the EMS training and the way it activates the muscles, it has left me with no tension and cut my costs as I don’t need to see the physio anymore for those knots in my back. The weekly workout leaves you feeling exhilarated after each session and gives you the same happy endorphins you get at the gym in just 20 minutes, while toning your body and strengthening your core. I am big girl and find losing weight a extra bonus since choosing body tech as my weekly workout.

Could not recommend Bodytec Dainfern more! Savannah makes sessions fun and is super friendly and chatty. She does a great job of explaining and also pushes you to always achieve stronger, harder moves so that you are always challenging yourself. It really is a fully body workout and I love every minute!
