I can already feel and see the difference after 4 sessions. Anthony is very knowledgeable helpful and tailor makes your workout to get the best out of it and to prevent injury. Highly recommend Bodytec and Anthony.

I have had 4 sessions only and was not convinced it would really work my muscles as I do other fitness regimes. I was coming for my injured leg to recover – all I can say I feel the workout the next day a lot!

I love the experience during the trial. It was surprisingly challenging and the suit was so comfortable!I’m committing and looking forward to getting stronger.Days later I can still feel the effects in my upper arms..💪🏽

From the point of view of a Diffuse Scleroderma Disease patient with severe myopathy & weak heart muscle, I’m deeply grateful & thankful to Anthony for all his patience with me throughout my 12 sessions especially when he takes the initiative to help me at times when I battle. His approach gave me a lot of confidence. I enjoy every second of it and I look forward to the next one. I’m feeling much stronger & I have a lot of energy. I won’t stop this EMS training. EMS Training was surprisingly nothing close to what I was expecting.The training was intense but in a different way compared to traditional training, the best 20 minutes of my life.Sweating is part of the package 😅, I didn’t even get a chance to think about the fact that I was being electrocuted.ANTs Playlist was calming and took me to Ibiza.The trainers were friendly, patient with as it was my 1st time.I would definitely recommend Bodytech Blubird and definitely coming back.

It has been an absolute pleasure to train at Bodytech Atholl.The Trainers are absolutely amazing and so professional. They make you feel comfortable even when you feel a bit out of your comfort zone. They are friendly and they make the training space feel safe and fun, and always have a joke on hand.They keep the exercises interesting and always up the difficulty just enough to feel that you are getting somewhere.They never hesitate to assist with an exercise that you might find difficult even if it means they need to show you over and over.They also take into consideration what you feel you need to work on and then focus on the area you need help with.And they check in on you the next time you come in to understand how the previous session made you feel after you had trained.The shop is always clean and you feel very comfortable to leave your belongings in the lockers that they provide.They are very helpful and willing to answer any questions or concerns you might have with a professional and speedy response,They are always willing to help with a time slot that would fit your personal schedule best.I’m looking forward to continuing my journey with them.

Fantastic studio setup: light, warm and clean. Love the addition of plants and trees, they add to the welcoming nature of the studio. Bodytec has helped not only tone and strengthen my body but allowed me to rehab injuries in a holistic way which aids to any type of training. Can’t wait to keep going on this journey.
