How to Redeem Your BODYTEC Voucher

Once you’ve purchased your BODYTEC voucher via the eBucks Shop or FNB App, you’llreceive an SMS from FNB with your unique voucher code.

To book your EMS training session:

  • Contact your nearest BODYTEC studio.
  • Provide your FNB voucher code when booking to redeem your session.

Didn’t receive your voucher code? Contact eBucks directly for assistance.Payment issues? Ensure your Daily Limits for vouchers are set high enough to complete the transaction.

How to Check or Update Your Daily Limits via the FNB App:

  1. Search for “Daily Limits” in the app.
  2. Find the limit for “Vouchers”.
  3. Update the limit to be over R3 500 if necessary.
  4. Retry your purchase.

Important: Your Daily Limit applies to the total amount spent on vouchers in a day. Ifyou’ve already purchased a voucher that day, ensure your limit is set to cover bothamounts (e.g., R3 500 + any vouchers bought earlier).
