Our Membership Packages are designed to suit your pocket and your schedule, so you can get in, get out and get strong without the added pressure.

*Only 1 EMS session per week is recommended. Up to 2 sessions per week allowed, provided that a minimum 4-day recovery period is adhered to between sessions, once the initial 6-week adaptation period has been completed. Standard membership fees listed above exclude joining fee (R275) and training garments, which can either be purchased (R725 once-off) or hired (R200 per month). Flexible cancellation terms apply on all standard memberships (3-, 6-, 12-months): During 1st half of membership, 30-day written notice and R1100 cancellation fee applies. During 2nd half of memberships, only a 30-day written notice is required, no cancellation fee. Full Ts & Cs apply.
