We’re amazed by how much Leandie du Randt Bosch manages to cram into her day. The actress and presenter is the creator of Skoonma Clothing (check out her gorgeous use of prints) and the author of a self-help book for teens called Comfortable In Your Own Skin. Leandie clearly loves life right now! Skoonma is a one-of-a-kind online fashion store. “As a spontaneous and energetic human, I am obsessed with being my best self and living as true and honest to my soul as possible,” she says.

She decided to try out BODYTEC after a recommendation from model colleague Melinda Bam and after eight weeks training at the Greenside studio she says she is hooked on EMS training and thrilled with the results she has achieved.

“I have limited and unscheduled times available for training, so BODYTEC is perfect as it only takes 20 minutes a week and I know how effective it is, so I am more motivated to give it my all. I know I will see results and that I am not wasting time exercising,” she says.”After eight sessions my body is so much stronger and with the right meal plan I could start seeing more muscle definition immediately. Since starting BODYTEC I’ve also got more energy. I love the fact that I train with someone who is knowledgeable instead of spending countless hours in the gym by myself trying to achieve results but not really doing it right,” she says.

Leandie combines BODYTEC with yoga and pilates. “If I feel sore after a hectic BODYTEC session the next day, all I need is a hot yoga session to stretch those muscles again. And then the day after that I feel strong to push myself at pilates again,” she explains. Next up Leandie is shooting a feature film with her husband Bouwer Bosch and says she is happy to have discovered BODYTEC because it’s “quick enough to squeeze into a busy shooting schedule”. We can’t wait to see the movie!
