Meet Linda…

I am fortunate to be able to juggle an active life of golf, tennis, BODYTEC®, mountain biking as well as the running, swimming and cycling I need to do to train for triathlons and Ironman. I also adore being a mom to three daughters, as well as three wonderful stepdaughters! I am passionate about coffee, antiques and my vast collection of antique silver baby rattles.

I’ve been an avid sportswoman my entire life. After 40 I developed lower back pain, which negatively impacted on my cycling and running. I was told to strengthen my core, and heard about BODYTEC® from a friend. I was skeptical when I was told all I needed to do was 20 minutes a week.
