Darrier Roux

Meet Darrier…

Darrier is one of those kind of guys that gets stuck in and gets stuff done. This is evident from his busy furniture restoration business where he puts love and sweat into transforming pieces from ratty “befores” to gleaming “afters”. Struggling with a pesky Motorsport injury from his youth, and finding himself too busy to put in hours at the gym, Darrier decided to try BODYTEC®.

“I have always enjoyed being in shape and having a strong body. My problem was, I didn’t have the time to achieve the results I wanted going to the gym for an hour, three or four times a week.

I started BODYTEC® just over a year ago. Within five sessions I had seen huge results that I would have needed to spend weeks in the gym, and take a multitude of expensive supplements, to achieve even close results. I almost immediately gained 30% more strength throughout my entire body, which is still growing as I go twice a week now. I have a wrist which was badly broken in Motorsport in my youth and BODYTEC®  has helped this injury to the point it does not bug me anymore.

Starting BODYTEC® is one of the best things I have done for many years. Because results can be seen rapidly it encourages you to put more time into the other health aspects such as eating right. Thanks to May and the team at BODYTEC® Dainfern for their excellent service and training. I recommend EMS training to anyone of any age.”

How BODYTEC EMS does more for you in 20 minutes

Stronger and more intense muscle contractions

BODYTEC uses Electro Muscle Stimulation (EMS) to achieve stronger, more intense muscle contractions than a voluntary exertion can achieve alone.

Focuses on specific muscle groups

Your personal trainer can control each muscle group by adjusting the training intensity of the various muscle groups on the EMS device according to your individual goals.

It activates up to 90% of the muscles

During EMS training, 90% of muscles are activated simultaneously with each contraction.
