Charine Van Niekerk

Meet Charine…

When BODYTEC Centurion opened right next door to her own store, print and design company owner, Charine Van Niekerk, was eager to try our 20-minute EMS training sessions.

Aside from running ChannelPrint, Charine is also a competitive off-road motorcyclist, who has competed in one of SA’s most physically and mentally challenging riding adventures – GS Trophy South Africa.

She was determined to strengthen her core and overall fitness since she could often be riding for an entire day and turned to BODYTEC for help. “I think that everyone wants to be successful in what they do, whether it is work or personal achievements.”

After achieving all the results that she was after, Charine has added EMS training to her list of thrilling weekly activities. “I was surprised that the training worked so well and in just 20 minutes a week. It’s a pleasure to be able to train all muscles in one day and only once a week. It saves me a lot of time and I like that you don’t need a lot of equipment to train each muscle separately.”

Charine’s Print and Design company, ChannelPrint, offers everything from logo design to flyers, business cards, banners and posters. Learn more about ChannelPrint, at channelprint.co.za or call the store in Centurion on 012 644 0050.

How BODYTEC EMS does more for you in 20 minutes

Stronger and more intense muscle contractions

BODYTEC uses Electro Muscle Stimulation (EMS) to achieve stronger, more intense muscle contractions than a voluntary exertion can achieve alone.

Focuses on specific muscle groups

Your personal trainer can control each muscle group by adjusting the training intensity of the various muscle groups on the EMS device according to your individual goals.

It activates up to 90% of the muscles

During EMS training, 90% of muscles are activated simultaneously with each contraction.
