The studio has been opened by husband and wife team Estelle and Juan.
Juan has been working as a personal trainer for many years and Estelle ran her own business before they teamed up to use both strengths in a new venture. Cradlestone Mall is conveniently situated between Krugersdorp and Ruimsig and the studio is on the lower ground level and one can park in the parking garage right opposite the entrance.
