It’s that time of the year again – and our FOURTH time attending FIBO, the leading international trade show for fitness, wellness and health.
From 4 to 7 April some 1,100 exhibitors will be at FIBO, in Cologne, Germany, presenting innovative ideas about on-trend and insightful topics for 2019, including digital solutions for furnishings/ equipment, training and organisation, prevention and therapy, functional training, competition and nutrition – to name but a few.

Some interesting talks we hope to attend and feedback on will include ‘Using digital solutions to establish a gym 4.0 era,’ ‘Digitalisation’ and ‘Fit for the future? Trends & innovations for your success.’
We’re especially excited about the EMS symposium! This exclusive forum will focus on EMS concepts such as ‘EMS on prescription,’ ‘Medical EMS training for optimising and safeguarding treatment outcomes and for positioning oneself as a contemporary service provider in the health market.’ An equally relevant and exciting EMS topic will include ‘Dynamic EMS in rehab, everyday life and competitive sports.’
NEW EXHIBITOR PRODUCTS

EMS & VIBRATION
EMS training, which focuses on maximising results while minimising effort for the most efficient training possible – and other forms of training utilising electrical stimulation are finding increasing numbers of fitness fans, hence the need for an entire EMS symposium at FIBO 2019. FIBO will highlight and provide a live showcase of the top concepts, innovative equipment or presentations on EMS.
