Don’t worry this event is for women with all kinds of fitness levels as long as you can crawl, walk, run, climb, laugh and play – it’s a great opportunity for a ” dirty day out” with your best friends. There is no competition and no timing – it’s all about a lots of fun and laughter.

You can enter as a team, or as a single person, and even if you sign up alone you’ll be carried along by a fun crowd of fellow women tackling obstacles and can cross the finish line at your own pace.

BODYTEC® is getting in on the fun! Every woman who signs up for the Cape Town or Jo’burg event will receive a trial voucher at a studio near her worth R195. There’s lots of other great swag to be found in the goodie bags.
